What are your store hours?
We welcome you to visit our showroom or call our office
8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday (evenings and
Sundays by appointment).
Do you deliver?
Absolutely! Our normal deliveries take place between the
hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our delivery charges start at
$50.00 (includes the delivery and the pickup) and are priced
according to location, distance, time, delivery window and
labor. We charge more for delivery/pickups that require
carrying merchandise up or down stairs or showing up at
specific times and outside our normal working hours.
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?
We will deliver orders of $100 or more.
What about late night pickups?
Any delivery or pickup outside the hours of 9 a.m. to 4
p.m. are subject to additional fees.
Do you do deliver or pickup on Sunday or Holidays?
We will deliver or pickup if necessary, but with additional
fees.
Can I pickup the rental equipment myself at
your location?
If the items or not difficult to install, you are welcome
to pickup them up from us. When making these arrangements,
let us know what type of vehicle you will be driving so
we can determine if your order will fit.
On delivery, does your Staff setup my rental
items?
Delivery fees quoted are for drop off at your location.
However, our friendly Staff is available, for a nominal
fee, to setup tables and chairs, linens and tableware. Installation
of tents, dance floors, stages, lighting, etc. is included
in the rental price.
My party is small and we only need a few items
– do you have a minimum order?
No, we are happy to help you plan any size event.
How much advance notice do you need to book
my reservation?
That depends on what you need. We have a large in-house
inventory of tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, etc.
However, during the busier times of the year, such as Holidays
and wedding season, we book months in advance. And, for
specialty linens and chair covers, it is a good idea to
book early to assure availability. It is safer to determine
your needs early and make your reservation; changes to that
reservation are allowable.
Do I need to wash china, glassware and flatware
before returning?
Or course not – we’re here to make your job
easier!! We simply request that you empty liquids and scrape
solids; then you just put them back in the crates in which
they were delivered.
